  • I have used several through the years, and it is really important to find one that will listen to what your goals are.
  • I have added drawstrings to several pairs of my gym pants. I like Kohl's for their store brand Tek t-shirts, they arent too clingy, and a good bargain, especially if you get a %-off coupon.

  • I have a Timex HRM, and like it. It is pretty basic, and I like the fact that both the watch and the chest strap have batteries I can change myself. I dont notice the chest strap once it is on.   • I am new to MFP, and after a week of tracking my food, I too broke up with WW! I find that watching the calories dwindle through the day keeps me in check better than point-counting. I lost 50+ lbs with the old WW points system, but foundered when they changed over to points plus.
