Hello! I have a spin bike that I have had for a ocuple of years now. I am doing lifting as my primary workout and spin one or two days a week. But I am BORED with the DVD's I have now. Are there any good suggestions?

I like any of Josh Taylor's Spinning DVD's. Turn and Burn, Spin and Sculpt there is another I cant remember the name of. :happy:0

Not sure if you want specific videos geared towards spin bikes, but Sufferfest has some really hard core training downloads. I use them in the off season with my road bike on a trainer.0
