  • OK! QTZ and 30DS Level 2 today! Dare I say not nearly as hard as yesterday. Yesterday totally wiped me out. Here's my schedule for the rest of the week: Thursday - BFBM Friday - QTZ Saturday - Rest I leave tomorrow afternoon for the wedding! So if I don't check in have a GREAT rest of the week!
  • I started with the 30 Day Shred. I'm now doing the 30 Day Slimdown program (30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism). I find myself slightly obsessed with JM. She kicks my booty like no one else.
  • HOLY COW. NMTZ and 30DS Level 1 back to back. Well with a 40 minute break in between. I'm still shaking. Heck I was still shaking from NMTZ's when I started 30DS! But I did it! WOO HOO!

  • Okay so I did Level 1 & 2 back to back today. That was WAY hard. I don't know that I will do them back to back again because I felt like when I got to Level 2 I was so tired I couldn't give it 100%. BUT I'm done for the day!
  • I think it probably doesn't matter how you do them. I may do them both ways depending on how I'm feeling. Week 3, Day 3 done! I'm finding this a killer week. I don't know if it because the time change and I'm having a hard time getting to bed at a decent hour or what but it is really kicking my butt this week.
  • DONE! DID IT! Week Three, Day One completed! I didn't do the workouts back to back. I did QTZ in the morning and just did 30DS. Whew! I'm beat!!
