Day 12 all done! I did the NMTZ today! Tomorrow BFBM. UGH. Hate that one!

Day 11 DONE! How's everyone doing? I did a little short ab workout today to make sure and get my 30 minutes in and my 500 calories! I'm getting up early tomorrow to do NMTZ before I leave to go out of town and taking BFBM with me for Saturday!

I'm switching Friday and Saturday because I'm going out of town. I'm going to have to get up early to exercise Friday and then I'm going to take BFBM with me to do in the morning since I don't need any weights for that one!

First, I think your HRM is WAY off. I did the entire 30 days and lost about 10 pounds. And inches. Plus I'm way stronger. And now I'm doing the 30 Day Slimdown and even doing Level one I still burn over 200 calories! So I definitely think it is your HRM. I didn't buy a super expensive one. Okay so I found something. I found On Demand a "Banish Fat" workout that is 25 (its actually 20 minutes) long. Which is what Quick Trouble Zones is supposed to be. Back at it tomorrow! I kind of missed my workout today! Kind of. :-) My goal is to turn at least 500 calories each day this week. So if I don't burn that much in my 30 DS workouts I'm going to add something else! Good luck this week!

I discovered the same thing! BOO! So much for an easy day! Ha! Day 6 DONE! Looking forward to a rest tomorrow and back at it on Monday! We made it through the first week!

Anything by Jillian Michaels! I finished the 30 Day Shred and it was awesome. I'm currently doing her 30 Day Slimdown, which includes the 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. Love her stuff!

First of all AWESOME inch loss! That's amazing! Secondly, I think any extra cardio while doing the slimdown will be good. I'm trying to walk pushing my kiddo 2 to 3 times a week for an hour. I weigh and measure once a week. And I take a monthly picture. For me it is important to track my progress but I DO NOT want to become obsessed with the scale.

I found this out yesterday! I always weigh myself first thing in the morning after using the restroom. When I did so yesterday I had gained .4 pounds. I then worked out and weighed myself again and LOST 1.9. Crazy.

Hi Ladies! Just found out that the Quick Trouble Zones is On Demand. I just checked and it is there. I did a search for it too and it sounds like it is the No More Trouble Zones workout but you only do ONE set of each circuit.

DONE! No More Trouble Zones! I think its my favorite JM video so far! It was really challenging but I felt like it also allowed me to catch my breath. I am using 3 pounds because that's what I have!

I lost about 13 pounds and about an 1 to 2 all over. But more than anything my endurance is SO much better and my body feels so much stronger.

I have mini goals and rewards about every 10 pounds. It keeps me going and I have something to look forward. Plus I'm taking a monthly picture so I can see the changes in my body.

I've read pretty good things about this. I'm really sensitive to medicine so if it is all funky I will feel it almost immediately and I'll just stop taking it. I figured it was worth a try though!

When I was at Costco I found a Jillian Michaels dietary supplement set for $12. It is a "21-Day Super Slimming Kit". Very similar to this one http://jillianmichaels.shop.sportstoday.com/Product.aspx?cp=14308_29791&pc=JIAM48 but for 21 day instead of 14. I'm going to start taking this when I start the Slimdown!
