The cheesecake factory has some of the best food I've ever tasted. I used to go there every year for my birthday. Granted, I haven't been there in three years now - just because I'm now aware of how awful it is for you. It's fantastic - but definitely not worth it. Be glad you've never been here!

So does that mean I can't have it at all? My coworkers uses MFP too and hers allows her to have both - so I'm just thinking that means I can't have it at all?
