Recently turned 21 and forgot to say I'd like to be anyone's friend on here. I have all my friends in person support, now some on here wouldn't be bad! When I started I needed to lose about 96 pounds and now I have 82 more to go.

Thanks everyone! I was reading different post and was getting more and more confused. So today I burned like 668 calories, so I still only need to strive for 2150?

I honestly start talking down to myself and tell myself that they are all true if I don't keep going and push through it. Haha. Glad I don't have to workout in a gym.

My max heart rate got up to 183 and stayed between that and 170 while running. It was sufficently tight enough around me and I even checked t make sure it wasn't slipping a few times and it wasn't.

I forgot to say that for I ran for 30 minutes of that and then walked the other 30 at 3.5mph. There shouldn't be any interferance cause this treadmill is one that I own and is in my house. Thanks.
