i'm with you on this! i have a bottle that carries 24 oz. i will sometimes drink it within 5 minutes to get my water intake in. then i'm FREEZING afterwards! this happens every single time.

i lost 20 lbs and am still in same size as I was postpartum. I think its just having my second kid gives my body the spare tire look. The songs that get me to start my workout are Eminem 'Till I collapse and Fall Out Boy. my song knows what you did in the dark. Anything with a beat will keep me working out... Disturbed, rage against the machine, pop music.

I've had seasonal problems for a long time. My doctor has recommended vitamin D, but you still need some sunlight to metabolize it. So even in the winter I try to be outside for 20 minutes... walk to mailbox, etc. He has also suggested a light box in the past. Exercise, helps me tremendously. As a last resort, once a week…
