One of my co-workers was drinking a drink like that every morning. Her cholesterol was sky high. Once she quit drinking them, she lost weight and her levels went back to normal. Why waste all those calories on one drink??

Yes!! You can definitely tell the difference in your waist and thighs! If pictures aren't working for you, bet you can tell by the way your clothes fit! Keep up the great work!
