I run a min. of 30 and max of 70 minutes a day, along with 30 minutes on the stationary bike and jumping on my trampoline while lifting light weights for about 15 minutes. Working well for me.

During the school year, I get usually 4-6 hours five days a week, I know everyone's different, but it hasn't proved to mess my weight loss up.

Sounds like a good idea to me, I'd rather you post a video of me up on YouTube for millions of strangers to see (not that they'll care to watch, but they could see it) then have it played to my immediate family. Little bit off topic, I agree with you about the talking about things other than just weight loss, I'm actually…

(.1) I just started jumping on my trampoline out of like nowhere and from it, lost 14 pounds, not changing my eating at all. Then, I got more and more into it, it was a change over many months. (2.) I had an on and off relationship with MFP until about late April, until I hit a plateau, I hopped back on and lost gradually,…

We're a little similar in a few things, my heaviest weight was 256, nearing 300. :{ Luckily, I started jumping on my trampoline (didn't know the weight max at the time) and lost about 14 pounds, this began my motivation to actually lose this weight and now, here I am. :) My dog too like this new lifestyle as I usually take…

Hey Barbara, welcome to MFP, and congrats on your weight loss and healthier lifestyle. I've been on here since January and still look forward to logging my stuff in, it's a very fulfilling feeling. Anyways, I know you didn't actually ask, but, if you'd like some extra motivation, feel more than free to friend me.

Congratulations on your new life style and your potential graduations! :) I hope all goes well. I too struggle with eating when I'm not hungry (big reason in here in the first place) and need some motivation, along with being willing to offer motivation to anyone who wants some. Feel free to add me, welcome to MFP.

I enjoy hiking and running, though I've only been training my body as a runner since late April so I'm not quite up to marathons, but hey, kudos to you! I'm on the stationary bike everyday, though it's not quite the same thing as an actual bike… I enjoy jumping on my trampoline, a love I found about a year ago, and from…

I haven't thought too much about it, I just know I wanna get in the healthy BMI range, but thinking about it, probably 22-23, it's about smack dab in the middle of under and over weight.

Never too late by Three Days Grace. <3!

Go to bed, get ready for bed, exercise, if you can't find the energy to do one of these things, then do you have the energy to go to the kitchen and eat? You probably do, but it's a big mental game, it's hard, but possible. Think about the body you want. Go to Google images and type in your ideal celebrity body type's name…

No.

That's great! I'm glad you battled back from anorexia and now overweight- ness. I'm 5'7, about 194, so we're similar. Feel free to friend me!

That is awesome! Congratulations, looking great! My inspiration, though not meaning to sound arrogant, was myself - to a degree. Before I actually got into dieting, I lost 14 pounds accidentally, and that's what started it for me.

Not to freak you out, but, according to what I just read, I love your personality, and would love to have you as a friend, you remind me a little bit of myself. I have an amazing little cat named KOFI, I enjoy the wii, like Just Dance, wii sports, I love to jump on my trampoline! I'm a huge wrestling fan! *literally and…

Your perfectly in the normal range of BMI, actually you're rather close to being considered overweight, tell your parents thisz *assuming you know what BMI, body mass index, is* Also, point out to them that you can't see your ribs and are happy in your body, they should be happy to know this. Realize they are just worried…

Hey, mdhb22, congrats on your loss, you look great, and good job not gaining it all back before you decided to get back in the spin of things. I hear those last 10 pounds can be difficult, so good luck, and I'm here for support, if you want to friend me!

I don't eat all that healthy, but if you'd let me, I'd love to join!

I think it looks a little weird… but I wouldn't be surprised if many a man (LOL?) enjoy this picture / post.
-
Congratulations, though you were beautiful before, you're looking great! Actually, I just hit the big 6-0 a couple days ago myself.
-
You're getting close, girl! I've had mine since around 220, well I've been able to see them. Though, I guess since I'm still flabby, sometimes I can and sometimes I can't see them. I can if I raise up my shoulders. I want a gap between my thighs so bad!- it would make running so much easier! I'm not really concerned about…

I've heard about the theory but haven't actually looked into it? Can someone tell me what it is? Sounds good to me… ;)

Hey, Franci, I've never done weight watchers, though a friend told me about it and I don't like what it seems like they do. I put my stats in on the app and it said I was allowed 1,700 calories a day… so apparently there diet plan is to not eat enoughC, which is why I love MFP. So, welcome to our little community. My name…

According to BMI, you're underweight.

Man, I can't even remember, though it hasn't been too long, I just can't remember. And it's not by choice, I eat what I want, but you know, that money stuff, tends to get in the way.

There's a couple, bikini, short shorts, 'real' bra, (no more sports bras for me!)
