At school or work is difficult - even harder is at home when a spouse says "No one ever got fat eating only XXXXXXX" - I have found that using the "I don't stop at just one so I have to say "no" but thanks - it looks wonderful!" works. I have had great recipe success at eatingwell.com - the nutrition info isn't always there but if it looks doable, then I input the recipe into MFP and tweak it to my needs. Sparkpeople.com also has good recipes but they seem to have a lot more "sponsored" recipes lately from Gorton's or other food companies.
