I like the Simple Truth Vanilla Almond Milk. It has 80 calories per 8 ounces and more flavor than skim milk (83 per 8 ounces). Most of my drinking is at home (I live in a dry county). One of my recipes is 2 oz of vodka and 16 oz of Crystal Lite Lemonade so I can log my vice. I have at least two a night during the week. Weekends without kids? Easily add several more...

I can't imagine not keeping track of what I am eating. It's the only way for me to make sure I don't slide back into old habits. It takes a small amount of time each day, and I'm spending that time on my phone whether I'm on Facebook, Pinterest or MFP.

Leftover steak (2.5 oz of ribeye) cut up over a large bed of mixed greens with grape tomatoes and a light house Italian dressing. I love taking left over meat and adding it to a salad for my lunch.

You're not! I would spend twice as much time at the gym if I could fit it in my schedule. And what do I love about it? I love the sweat and the work. KNOWING that I am just one more step, one more pull and one more press to my goal.

I wipe where I sweat. No need to wipe down the bells, yet. But I did see a guy wiping his bar after use last night. I am in no way a germaphobe, but I do wash my hands after I work out.

Coffee with cream and lemonade with vodka, other than that I try to mix it up. I will usually have cheese on SOMETHING throughout the day, though.

16 ounces, Monday - Friday 24 - 32 on the weekends. I am not a happy person without my coffee and I like being happy (so does everyone around me).
