Thanks for that thread. It is very helpful. I have customized my app. I just set my goal to my TDEE-20% number. I'll still log my exercise calories burned for now because I like seeing the number too. I'll just ignore the net number and focus on my total food intake number. I am definitely much stronger in my workouts now…
