  • I used the couch to 5k app and I finished T25! Now I'll alternate between running days and random T25/p90x3 vids. Three days a week I'll do a double workout, either run and video or two vids! I love the results.

  • Just keep going. You are working out and you are burning calories. Prioritize form over number and eventually you'll build up to the higher intensity.

  • With all of your exercising why would you use the TDEE calculator and then choose "sedentary"? You are probably moderate to very active. Why don't you choose one of those TDEE numbers then do the TDEE-20% or TDEE-500 cals?
