Thank you for the link, very interesting. Though I don't see where I have only partial logged (I went back a while to take a peek) Some days I don't have snacks...time doesn't allow for them with my job. Some days are heavy on snacks.. The quick adds that happen only once in a while are pretty much just empty…

I don't have access to a barbell....What else could be used? I just started p90x today, maybe that will help a bit?

When I do quick adds its normallly because I don't want my friends seeing a very bad choice. Lol What is wrong with putting peanut butter in a measuring spoon?? It's more accurate than using a knife. The most I eat is 1600 cal, hense me choosing a "medium TDEE" so I don't really eat them back. I log calories burned so I…

I do look at my sodium everyday...I just don't have it listed on my diary. The chicken soup is homemade..yes it has a bit of sodium, about 530mg per cup. I am normally under goal with my sodium, but on occasion it does go over (especially when I eat tuna)

That would be SWEET to see a 5# loss one day..I would probably buy new batteries for my scale though. Lol. I normally stick with strength training exercises, using my own body weight and dumbells.

I opened my diary....I have logged food for 303 days, a long time. But yes, these are the averages I calculated from one week...Every week looks about the same though. I'm getting more aggressive lately because the weight is stubborn and won't leave my body.

My husband calls my collar bones my handle bars.

You guys are all awesome! Thank you so much! I really enjoy using my own body and dumbbells for strength training...not really so much going to the gym. :(

Relationships with the wrong food makes you fat. Not the relationship with a person. I could blame my husband, my pregnancies, but it was really the bad choices. No ones fault but my own.

Lol! I often sing the song "She's rocking the beer gut" to myself. Lol

Thank you all so much! I will keep chugging along, maybe I will consider giving up bread...though I like sandwiches. ;) I will try to add more cardio to the mix as well (I'm trying to fall in love with running again).

YOU LOOK STUNNING!!!!! I'm so proud of you, and how hard you work and how well you eat...It's all paying off! I'm glad to call you my friend!

Totally hot body!!

I used to lose 10# a month, now it's only about 4# a month.

Great smile!!

Pretty hair!

1. Log all of your food/drinks. 2. measure your food and drinks (my wine hits the measuring cup before my glass) 3. Do not give up your favorite junk foods, just eat in moderation. (If I have extra calories at the end of the day, thats when I go for a little bit of chips, chocolate, or ice cream). 4. Move. Everyday…

You're body is probably holding on to water from starting new workouts, maybe you're muscles are sore? If so, their holding on to water. Keep at it, and the weight will start coming off again. :)

Just continue to eat healthy (just a bit more) and stay active. You'll be fine. Congrats!!

Spank

I agree ith the 30DS, I lost an inch from all areas I measure in those 30 days. I'm now about half way through my second round. :)

The scale can be the devil. Try measuring yourself once a month, that's really whats more important than a number on the scale. People will see inches gone, not the number on the scale. :) Don't love the feeling of hunger, that's not part of a healthy weightloss plan. If you're hungry, reach for a piece of fruit with a bit…

I'm on day 41 of 30DS, I decided to go for 60. The second round I've increased my weights to 10lb dumbbells. The first 30 days I lost 4.5 pounds and 4.25". Stick with it, and if it starts to get easy, squat deeper, lift heavier. I love the results from this. Oh! Take pics of yourself! There is a dramatic difference from my…

Today will be day 41 of the 30DS for me (I'm doing 60). I go by my heart rate and log it as circuit training. I feel I burn more though now that I'm using 10lb dumbbells. I have my calories set for 1400 and normally I don't eat my exercise calories back (unless its a weekend and wine will put me over). Good luck…

I don't have large girls at all...But I will say, I didn't lose them until just recently in the weightloss game, close to goal. So give it time, and they will go down. :)
-
Thank you! Though, I'm way to scared to post pics of myself to where people can measure my bf. I really don't have the confidence to do that, let alone posting them on the web!
-
Thank you all so much, maybe the next time I go to the Dr, I will have her measure for me. Maybe. I changed the setting on my scale, but it only brought it down to 32%.
-
I never even thought of checking that on my scale!!! Thank you! I will go check now!
