Thank you all so much! Yes, my fingers are all affected equally. Mama, glad you could get back to your workouts! I hear ya about the getting older thing....it sucks. Lol

I was REALLY craving cannoli's, my hubby went to the bakery and got them, I put in an extra 30 minutes of exercise. Normally, if I see junk in the store and I want it, I look at the calories, and they are very high so that makes me walk away and find something else that's sweet but much better for me.

Sassy!

I started out thin, then quickly packed on more than 50lbs...during that time I still saw myself as 125lbs. When I saw a picture of myself (my before on my profile pic) I saw I was NOT 125, but MASSIVE! Now, I'm 129 (struggling to lose 5 lbs) and I see myself as big. Though, my clothing size says I'm petite, I have a very…

Yes! Have you ever done ironman??
-
You seem to be losing at a great rate!

It sounds crazy, but I eat every 2 hours..

Band parents rock! My son has been in band for 5 years and is in marching band, jazz band, and symphonic band. Good luck on your weight loss journey!!!

I log everyday. Today I hit 500 days! :)

I didn't get mine sized until just before I hit my goal in September. Of course I couldn't wear them as they were too big. Went from a size 8 to a 5. With the cold weather, the size 5s still spin around, but get snug if my sodium is too high. :/

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say 2000 calories.

My little black dress (size 5) is now big for me! I never in a million years thought that would happen!

I use a Taylor digital scale, it comes with a stainless steal bowl, so you can easily pour in chips, cereal, liquids, etc.

I'm 5'3" as well, and for me about every 10 pounds was a size down. I started at 181, now 119 wearing a size 2. :)

I'm careful with what I eat before I get together with family and make sure I get in an awesome workout. Then, I eat everything that I like within reason. I still use gravy, still eat the stuffing, and will have some pecan pie (probably not the whole slice though). Just enjoy yourself, don't stress about it. Remember…

I would say at least half. But don't gorge yourself either. There have been a couple of times when I have burned an insane amount and wasn't able to catch up with my net calories.

MFP tells me 1660, my TDEE tells me more, so for me to avoid confusion I went with MFP and eat my exercise calories. I've been maintaining for a little over a month now, I know it's not long, but so far so good. :)

I didn't know people wore panties with their workout shorts!
-
Yes, I lost 62 without ever stepping foot in a gym. :)

I'm 5' 2.78" ;) I started at 181, now I'm 119. I did a success story before I hit my goal, but here's a link of it from August. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1392695/1-year-on-mfp-57-lbs-with-pics/p1

When people hate themselves, they put on weight from the stress (cortisol), the anti-depressants, the drinking, the not caring what goes in the mouth. When they learn to love themselves again, they will be willing to lose the weight and will want to exercise. People can point them in the right direction, but they won't…

It has always been good, but now it's even better because I have more confidence. :)

I'm 5'2", 119 pounds, size 2 jeans and dress.

I rarely use stevia, but if I use only a small amount it tastes fine. You really can't use the same amount as you would with sugar. I've switched to using honey as my sweetener. It's not zero calories...but it's good and I know the ingredients. ;)

I've only been in maintenance for 1 month, but before I started this, I quiet measuring my food. I still log everyday (well if I happen to have a few cocktails with friends on a Sat night I don't log) but don't measure/weigh my food. I think I will always log, because it helps keep me in check.

Side tri raises, side V ups, things like that.

I'm on day 3, round 2. I would love to motivate each other!
