Numb arms from shoulder to finger tips
Hi all! I have been increasing my weights and reps while working out, and now when I sleep, I wake up all through the night because my arm is completely numb from my shoulder to my finger tips. Boney hips
Hi all! I workout quite regularly, but every time I do something which requires me laying on my side, it kills my hips! I've put towels, blankets, yoga mats to cushion my hips but it doesn't help. I end up with bad form because I lay more on my butt than my hip. Does anyone have any suggestions?
