Hi all! I have a question about my weight loss. I've been doing pretty good with averaging about a 2lb a week loss, last week was 1lb. I was ok with that, but my scale is NOT budging at all! We are finishing our 8th week!
Good morning to everyone! We are in our 8th week already!! How time flies! We only have 10 more weeks left!! Since this challenge started, I have lost 17 lbs, and I have 17 more to go. Looking at that, not only looks like I'll hit my Christmas goal, but really close to my overall goal! I hope this second half comes off…

first 20 lbs gone! (pics)
I began MFP on 8/5/13. The first picture was taken just a couple of days prior...I saw it and YIKES! Something needed to be done ASAP! Lol! The 2nd picture was taken on 9/30/13 and 20 lbs down. I still have more to go, hopefully I will hit my goal by early Jan. :smile:

settings~2lb per week weight loss
In my settings, it asks how much I'd like to lose a week. I checked the box of 2lbs a week. Though it will only give me a "projected weight loss" of 1.4lbs per week. How can I change this??? If I wanted to lose 1.5lbs a week, I would have checked that box. :noway: My calorie goal is set at 1200 so I don't really think I…

Retaining water?
I would like to know how to stop retaining water! Some mornings my rings are tight on my fingers (and the scale goes higher)...I drink lots of water, I average about 12 cups per day. It is very rare for me to eat anything from a can or box....(or fast food). What more can I do??

Calories in spaghetti sauce
I had a friend give me some homemade spaghetti sauce made with olive oil, meat...And meatballs....How am I supposed to know how many calories to log?? I know this recipe is a lot more fattening than my own. Meatballs aside, how many calories should I jot down? What I found was 397 cal per serving. That seems way to high!…

Are the calories on mfp accurate?
This is only my second week here. Last week I did awesome following my 1200 cal goal, I had lost 4 lbs. I am 2 days away from my next "real weigh in" and I've only lost 1! I'm worried that mfp is not being accurate with their food list. I'm logging everything I put in my mouth, so I don't understand why I'm not at the 2 lb…
