Boney hips

Hi all! I workout quite regularly, but every time I do something which requires me laying on my side, it kills my hips! I've put towels, blankets, yoga mats to cushion my hips but it doesn't help. I end up with bad form because I lay more on my butt than my hip. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Find a movement that doesn't require you to lay on your hip bone. That's all I got.0

What kind of exercises are you doing on your sides? I'd be looking for alternative exercises that work the same muscle groups you're trying to work.0

Side tri raises, side V ups, things like that.0

Do tricep dips and side bends instead.0
