Harleigh, because of the comments you just got on here, is the reason I stay away from here. I don't think ANYONE read the part where you stressed that when you all cap it, you're not yelling. I know I didn't eat the fruits and veggies earlier in the day, normally I have it with lunch, and a lot with dinner. I planned on having pineapple yesterday with salmon, but I really was full.

I'm 5' 2", 156 body fat I'm unsure of. my scale says 30.1% muscle is 37.8%. I have definite definition in my deltoids, biceps, quads, and calves. I try to work out 5 days a week 45 min to an hour. I incorporate cardio and strength.

I switch it on my on busy days and off days. Though it never changes the calories...Believe me, I've played with it.

Thanks. I don't know why I just can't get it. Lol. I do strength with every cardio workout I do. And when I work, I use LOTS of strength (massage therapist) I mostly do deep tissue. I have is a body analysis scale which shows water, BF, muscle, bone, etc. I don't normally pay much attention to the numbers from the "perks"…

Thanks, I just readjusted my carbs...though I never go over goal with those. I normally have only "good" carbs, and like I said I up my protein, so I'm most always above goal with that daily.

Thanks, I looked through the thread, recalculated my bmr and all that jazz. I do eat more when I exercise...sometimes I don't eat all the exercise calories. Though what I don't understand is how is eating more calories going to help me lose weight?

:smile: I ONLY say that because when some people hear the number 1200 they go bonkers. I have calculated my tdee on many different sites, all different numbers but they all hover around 1300.

Thank you. I do take measurements, but only every two weeks, along with pictures. In July, I had a hysterectomy so no more TOM :happy: .... Though I don't know if I would still retain water...hmm...

500 calories a day for weeks or months is starving yourself. 1200 calories a day for weeks or months is just fine and healthy. I get all the nutrients I need on those calories. I'm full with each meal, full of energy, and happy.

1. As long as my kids go trick or treating, I won't deprive myself. 2. If I have the extra calories, for sure I'll have some. Now if it's a Take 5.....I will do an extra workout or 2 to have those!! Yum!:happy:

Thank you all so much!!! :happy: In 5 days it will be 2 months for 20 lbs. I'm on a 1200 calorie diet, exercise almost daily, and water has been my new best friend. Maybe the water is making me look younger? Who knows....but what a wonderful thing to hear just before my b-day! (I will just have to lie about my age now.)…

Thank you all so much. The first pic is not the real me. I hated being like that. But because of that first pic, I take a photo of myself every 2 weeks wearing the same dress....I won't post those. Lol Those ones are either right before or after a workout, no make up, hair is crazy....don't need them to look any worse!

I've ran many races including 2 half marathons and 1 full one. Then of course there is all the running in between. I used to average about 50 miles a week. The only thing it did to my legs was make them sexy. :love:
