You sound a lot like me! Sometimes weekends can be a bit rough for me....but I won't make it the whole day, maybe the evening part is cheating. :) I weigh 138 and my goal is 125...I'm so close I can smell it, but it's taking forever to get these last few off! :)

I'm not sure how to answer this. However, everyone has their daily stress, and we just deal with them and move on. When there are huge stressors, for me, that's what made me gain. When your body is under severe stress, your cortisol hormone kicks in and can turn ugly. I put on 56 pounds due to way too much stress and me…

Thank you! I went to the Scooby site, and it tells me my BMR is 1286, my TDEE is 1994 (to maintain weight), and my daily goal is 1495. It also says that I could lose 1 pound per week doing this.....But why does the TDEE say maintain while it's also telling me I could lose 1lb per week??

I don't completely understand the TDEE thing....do I eat under that?

Congrats on your awesome loss!!!!!!

Zumba is a serious sweat workout....Love the calories it burns!

Congrats on your loss!! I do have that, just not the patience to go with it.

It does get rough when you have kids...I have 2 myself. Good luck to you!

Thank you! I did switch up my workouts thinking it may be that. I started doing zumba.

It's the middle of the healthy weight range for my height. I was at this weight only 2 1/2 years ago, (I let stress take over my body.) and I wasn't too thin...it is a good weight to be, and it would be so awesome to see that number again.

I don't deny foods either, I know I wouldn't be able to stick with this if I did. I just checked my TDEE on fitness frog...It says 1885...Now what does this mean again?? I need to eat that or eat less than that to lose?
-
I weigh most foods...like bread or lunch meat I don't weigh, even my wine goes in a measuring cup first. Lol

It's just so frustrating isn't it?

My goal is set for .5/week, though the scale doesn't agree with that setting. ;) I know I do have a problem getting all my protein in....Especially when I exercise! I'm just tired of giving it time....

I'm fun size too! I'm 5' 2", so I know these last few pounds will make a nice difference in how I look.

I think he has an amazing mindset!!!! All Dr.'s call it a practice for a reason.......

I have taken it in the past. I only took it for 2 months and it decreased my appetite, which was great! It gave me severe dry mouth, which helped me get my water quota in. It never affected my heart rate, and I slept just fine. The reason I quit taking it, was because when I started the drug, I also started my diet. So 2…

My hips are 37", and I'm in a size 6 and 4 jeans...depending on the brand. Congrats on the loss!

Thanks guys! I used to hula hoop all the time....Just put on good tunes, and twirl away! The hoops I've been looking at range from $40-$60. I will only be doing this at home, if I go to a class, I'm sure I'd be hitting other peoples hoops. Lol I did try a friends weighted hoop before, but hers had what look like finger…

I'm in Michigan, and I just heard on the news that over this season alone, we have gotten over 6ft of snow. It's REALLY bumming me out that it's so cold and so white out. I don't have much to offer, But I feel your pain. I CAN NOT WAIT for it to get somewhat warm and sunny so I can start running again!

I hear ya! It's so hard for me to stay within calorie goal and hit my high protein goal AND fiber goal. I don't know how anyone can do this perfectly!
