Best thing to do is to clean them with a citrus based degreaser, then follow up with a product such as 303 Aerospace Protectant. Lovely finish without a gloss, think of it as a nice satin finish that you spray on and walk away from :) HTH :) Works on all engine bay plastics and rubber quite nicely.
