Thanks for all the information. I will come back and reread this later.

I log it as circuit training! Stick with it--my legs were sorest the 3rd day, but it'll get better.

Drink LOTS of water...and watch the sodium content of your foods. Even if you don't feel like working out on a given day, try doing it for at least 10 minutes. Once you get going, you won't stop until your whole workout is finished. Sometimes getting started is the toughest part

Wow! That's an incredible transformation. Your starting weight was a little lower than mine, and my goal weight is about where you are now. Thanks for inspiring me! Keep up the good work.

I am 5'8" and would like to get down to 150. I started here on January 6th at 200 and not quite 3 months later I am down to 177.5. Feel free to friend me if you would like.

I am just taking a guess at this, but maybe your husband and your friend both know that they should also be following a healthier lifestyle and you actually doing it are making them feel guilty. Perhaps they see your progress and wish they were in your shoes. And maybe they feel if they can keep you from meeting your goals…

It's definitely worth a try. Put it on everyday and just do the very best you can with it. Eventually you will get really comfortable with Level 1 and can then move to Level 2, and then 3. I noticed a huge difference in my strength within the first couple of days. This has helped to tone up my arms, legs and abs even…

That is awesome! I am almost 1/2 way to my goal weight, but can't wait until I can say that I am exactly where I want to be. Congratulations! You must be so proud of yourself:happy:

I can't imagine using 11 pound weights. If you can't afford smaller weights right now, maybe you could use water bottles or cans of soup. Just an idea! Good luck.

I haven't lost any weight for about 3 weeks now. I have stuck to my calories and have been exercising at least 5 days a week. I am sort of frustrated with my scale, but on the bright side, I can see a change in my body that is confirmed by my tape measure. Try measuring yourself instead of weighing yourself. You might be…

peanut butter! I absolutely love the stuff (it too bad the calories add up very quickly).

I am about 1/2 way through level 2, although I may have to continue on it longer than 10 days. I'm not gonna lie to you, Jillian kicked my butt (and still is). On day 3 of level 1 my quads hurt so bad and I almost didn't do the workout, but I stuck with it and each day gets a little easier. Good luck and have fun!

Baked tilapia, brown rice, steamed asparagus and a garden salad.

I am in the same boat. I have been up and down with my weight loss for years. This time, though, I am committed to making it work. Feel free to add me as a friend.

Keep your eyes on your goal. When I start feeling that way, I read some of the success stories on here and it keeps me going. You can do it!

I have recently found the Chobani plain yogurt and have been using it in place of sour cream in recipes. I bought one of the Hidden Valley dry dip mixes and mixed it up with the yogurt and it makes a really tasty dip for veggies.

WOW! You look amazing. Good job.

I have the same problem and am looking forward to trying some of the suggestions here.

I tried that salad last weekend and it was amazing. I got 1/2 a salad and 1/2 of a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich on whole grain bread and it was only a little over 300 calories. It may be high in sodium, but it seems like all restaurant food is. I try to eat at home as much as possible.

I am 5'9" and about 180 pounds. I wear a US 16 and am a little bit upset that I have lost about 20 pounds now and still wearing the same size pants. Oh well. I guess I'll get there sooner or later. My problem is that my legs are huge compared to my waist, so I need larger pants to fit my legs and everything is HUGE in the…

I use the FF cottage cheese and mix in a little bit of Applebutter. It is delicious (especially after a workout).
-
You both look great! Hard to believe that you got such a huge transformation in only 10 months. You are both an inspiration.

I'm 5'9" and right now I have my goal set for 150. I was 160 in high school, but thought that I was still a little chunky. I want to get down to 160, see how I feel and then maybe get to 150. I don't think I would look healthy any lower than that. We'll see. Good luck!

I eat the Quick 1-minute oats and put banana and blueberries in it. It is a very filling breakfast. If I know I'm going to have extra calories for the day, I grab a glass of skim milk to go with it.

I am also a stay at home mom and I get that waking up early to workout stinks and working out after they go to bed just sounds too exhausting, but I make time. I don't know how old your children are, but sometimes I wake up at 5 to workout and sometimes I work out while they have "down time." My exercise time is my "time…

Good job! We have very similar weight loss goals. Feel free to add me as a friend for support.

I agree that you should get fitted. I bought a pair of shoes to work out in that got great reviews, but they weren't right for me. I ended up hurting my knee and not able to work out for about a month. I got fitted and have loved my shoes ever since. I currently have Brooks.

I would agree to toss the sandwich and the energy drink. You can put together your own sandwich for less than 1/2 the sodium of the one you are planning for lunch.
