I personally have decided to use the treadmill along with JM's 30 day shred. I am only on Day 7 of the 30 day shred, but it is hard. When I do her DVD I use 3 and 5 pound weights. My husband and I just tried Jennie-O Turkey burgers (We bought the Savory Seasoned ones from Walmart). We cooked them out on the grill, put them on a sandwich thin and loaded it with raw green peppers, onion, and mild banana peppers along with a little mustard. They were very tasty!

Congratulations! I am currently in the same boat that you were in last July/August. I started at about the same starting weight, and want to lose 35 pounds initially.
