ROFl. .. agreed, everything is bad in extreme measurements. .. I use splenda, Truvia ick, stevia ick, tried them in my cookies recently, I didn't make choclate chip cookies, i made chocolate chip biscuits, such a waste of money. . . next time, i will use Splenda.

yep, eating way under your calories and not eating enough will lead to ED. . yes, there are some days my HRM says I burnt a lot of calories and I don't eat them all back, or even close. . other than eating a bucket or three of icecream, there's just no way to do so. ROFL, no, I am enjoying myself too, unfortunately I overdid it soI have to go back to the boring bike for awhile and rest my bum knee. . i'm so disappointed, as I was enjoying the jogs I was doign with my dogs :)

a friend told me to ask for it without msg, makes it a bit healthier, I like the chicken & brocoli,tho I get it sans brocoli LOL lasty time I got it, I made it last three meals and shared the first one with friends :)

it's a thin layer of chocolate on top of granola, it eases that chocolate fit i get every now and then, they also have them with PB, but i'm not as keen on those :)
