I bought a deer park 1.5 liter bottle. it officially equals 50.72103305 ounces :) Since I bought that, I have been equaling my 8 cups of water a day plus!!!

I thought I ate better on the weekends, but i'm realising I actually eat worse, because I'm on the run doing various things. . like Saturday when to NJ for a doggy event, forgot to pack a lunch, and was starving, so ended up at Wendy's :P Vs work I have something at all times in my desk for eating LOL

I think I did good this week, so can't wait!!!! :) And Skinny, I think I've drank all the water you need, but drinking one 1.5 liter bottle at least a day for hte last few days. . .bought a deer park bottle for just this reason, fill it every morning, t hink I've drunk 16+ glasses today!!!

one pound at a time. . .and celebrate them at each mile stone. . for me, that's every 20 lbs right now, as I get lower it'll be smaller milestones. . .I almost fell off last night due to depression, but instead, gave in slightly and went and exercised until I was exhuasted, not down. . good luck

not a bright suggestion Drink a glass of milk. . .I can easily up my calories by 130-140 with a good brand of milk, and up my protein and calcium intake for the day at the same time

the last time we had this really really good buttercream frosting cake at work, I took a piece, cut it into pieces the width of my thumb, and have put it in the freezer for rewards. .have yet to see my piece for my first 20 lbs lost LOL. but it's there :)

I need to find a better brace for my knee, sprained a ligament a few months ago and ruptured a bakers cyst. . .I use my brace for when I'm on my feet all the time(dog events on the weekend) or when I'm jogging. . knee is feeling much better, but i get days where it hurts.

thanks guys Cat, I'll keep trying them, as I want my knee stronger, tried the half moon yoga pose last night tho, and just couldn't stand still as long as the figure ont he screen was, not on the bad knee, wish it had an option to start the exercise on the other knee.
