  • eating breakfast would help a lot, but why's your calorie count so high? You'd have to eat almost 2000 if you started figuring in calories from exercise? You're eating a really decent amt of calories, not sure I'd worry about hitting 1700

  • I so know the feeling .. I bought a HRM last week for a more accurate calorie count, and since I bought it, I'm up a lb :( I lost more weight just staying within my calories without the exercise!
  • I am so frustrated, I exercised my butt off this weekend, did 55 mins yesterday, ate my calories back, and just losing in bits and pieces. . argh. . .will be looking at my menu a lot harder :P

  • I just did a long walk/hike. . was an hour, per my HRM, I burnt over 600 calories, and that was hiking with nothing but my iphone, leashes for the dogs, and my clothes!

  • IMHO, you need to make yourself eat more than one meal a day, yeah, you may be in starvation mode. . only time i've ever been that few calories was being sick. don't worry, it's not permanent, you can fix it :)

  • what kind of oatmeal are you eating??? Just pulled out my great value(Walmart brand) quick oats, one serving (1/2 cup) is only 150 calories, no sodium, and it pretty much fills me up
