thanks guys, I basically stayed in bed all weekend. . .haven't exercised since thursday, feeling much better tho still awfully congested today, hoping I'll be able to do at least half my normal workout tomorrow morning :)

was doing so well until I got real sick Thursday, threw everything off :( week 2: 246.8 This week: 246.0 on a good note, I'm finally feeling better, and think I'll be able to exercise for the first time since Thursday. . not being able to breath when you already have asthma is NOT a good thing. . and I'm so sick of sleeping

most of that had to do with OTC items, and that is just that you have to have doctors notes to get things like aspirin, where up until now, you did not :)

I've been doing really good with getting at least 30 mins a day in, tho yesterday after going out for dinner, I came home and did an additional time on the bike, 60 mins total. . ouch lol .. and got up and did my normal routine in the morning(37 mins LOL) ouch

i just tried on a pair of pants that i didn't fit into when I bought them either last year or the year before, and not only can I get in without sucking my gut in, they button, soo neener neener neener ;)

I bought a HRM Sigma PC 9 cuz it was recommended here, but I think I need to take it somewhere and have the battery chagned, as I cant' get the darn thing turned on :P

I am not one who likes exercising, but I have found sitting on the stationary bike with a good book and my headset on, 20-30-35 mins can pass without a problem :) I want a wii fit, but first have to get a TV :) And until a current huge vet bill is paid off, that ain't happening :P

I've been refusing to let it stop me, and so far isnt' getting as bad as the rest of the household. . :P doing quite well tho despite being sick, going to go home, zone out on the bike, and see how much I can put in before my body says stop :)

i thought of it, until I talked to my mom who has had it. . 3 meals of 3ozs of food, throwing up after eating food, and doing medical flex plans at work, seeing how much people have to pay to make sure their diets are balanced(protein shakes, supplements for the rest of your life,e tc), I opted to do it one lb at a time.…
