my bike does too, but cant' use it comfortably(the handles are down by my knees so I have to scrunch, not good for my back. . and I said I was WAITING for my HRM. .. and it still wouldn't help describe what the difference is

I've had to correct numerous entries, with the box sitting next to me showing thigns are wrong, when I do, I put a notation of whenI corrected it. . but it truly is amazing the differences from 'like' items.. .

I haven't had greasy food since the new year, got chinese last night, and the way it's tearing up my stomach if using Alli is anything like this, no way!

i weighed in and was more than last time I weighed in BUT my clothes feel a lot looser :) so although you may not've lost weight, you may've gained muscle I need to go get a measuring tape this week. . .:)

I keep a bag of funsized musketeers in my desk, I also have picked up the Quaker chocolate mini rice cakes, which are surprsingly good, and I also keep a container of cookie dough(ready to cook0 in the fridge, usually one of those will hit the spot, or at least, it just did :)

ok, that answers the question I had. . tho the day I spent 2 hrs shoveling snow, there just was no way I was goign to be able to eat THAT many extra calories (3100 total calories for the day, I hit 2100, but went way over my sodium intake for the day!)
