horrid day at work meant for horrid choices(our little company sold out to a big company, lots of stress right now), so glad I'm able to 'squeak by' since I didn't weigh myself this morning. .. and hell, almost forgot to tonite :P

thanks! I drank over 200 ozs this weekend! Even last night at dinner, when all i wanted was a strawberry daiquiri!! LOL(their blender was broke :P)

great idea, but doesn't help the lack of battery cover LOL thankfully I don't use it for swimming(don't know how to swim), so stuffed a piece of papertowel in to hold the battery and duck taped it LOL

What I've found that helps mine is Planters Flavor Grove Almonds Cocoa/Cinnamon flavor 160 calories(24 pieces) Great Value High Fiber Oats & Chocolate chewy bar 140 calories with 9 gram fiber(I LOVE these!) Great Value Chocolate Chunk Chewy Granola bars 90 calories, YUM!! The other I like is Great values granola thins :)

that's what I do with the delicious case my workplace gets for special occasions. . .I sliced the last one into four pieces, aate one that day, and put the rest in the freezer :)

but that fruit does nothing to fit the cravings for a nice medium rare hamburger, and sometimes I just need a chocolate kiss or three. . .all in moderation

I still eat at McDs' every now and then, I just plan accordingly. . and I've found getting a "McDouble" and sharing it with my 'best girl'(whichever dog is in the car lOL) is less calorie than a single hamburger :)(probably cuz of less bread? )
