I'll join! I'm in college, and I am dreading going back because I won't know how to log my foods and don't want to walk down to the rec center in the freezing cold......so far I've lost two pounds, but I don't know how to keep up with it when classes start again!

I'm still at 123, but I've been doing this for less than a week so I guess that's OK. I jogged for 45 minutes total today, so I should have plenty of extra calories left!

I am new here as well....I had an account here around two years ago but gave up on trying to lose weight. I've realized since then that my weight is the cause of my depression.....so now is the time to lose the weight once and for all!
