I don't agree at all. Well you do have to be in a caloric deficit, but if you go to far from your maintenance-level your body will response storing as much fat as it can.

Look at my profile pic! I ate 4-5 fruit per day ;) fruit is full of fiber (carbs-fiber= net carbs) so I guess fruit is good And don't forget vitamins !!

Anyway my macros are 2600 cals 30p/45/25F 195/292/72 Sometimes I go higher in fats and I don't reach my cals goal anyway

If you don't eat enough your body will stop to lose fat. It will drain all the calories you eat trying to store'em as fat. This is because it needs some fat. So if your TDEE is 2274 you can't really eat at least just an half the calories you need, it will be counter-productive. Keep eating good stuff (but eat a lot of good…

I was told that fats should be max the 20% of a clean bulk diet. so what should I do? this means a lot of carbohidrates and a lot of protein... and just around 70g fat a day

I had anemia. if you also feel week expecially late trough the day you don't probably eat enough. but that was my experience.
