eat tll full. add 200 cals. see where the scale goes and adjust things

I am now bulking on 3150 calorie. believe it or not I used to eat 1900 calories back in the day. So as above EAT,TRAIN,REST,REPEAT AAAAnd if you dont want to train dont do it. just keep in mind that it would help you to put on some size.

Low calories = low leptine = cravings. My suggestion is to forget losing weight for a little bit. start upping calories till you reach any calorie calculator at least. then you can chose what to do. Having more cals will make you crave less and you will suffer less by your binging as you will have more cals to play with

As above. why LOW-CARB when you can have carbs and use them to workout hard !! and maybe put on some solid- good looking muscles??

Agree. for istance I usually drink a ton of camommilla befor bed and sometimes I weight less in the evening than in the morning

Yes. I follow IIFYM and I eat quite clean so it's getting difficult to hit those numbers... My macros are 190p/420c/62f so I guess it's a low-fat7high carb diet...

I eat bunch of fruits every day and I'm shredded as fuxk! ! Stop struggling with fructose everybody! Raw food will only help fat loss!! Just look at calories maybe. Remember that raw foods like fruit are hard anyway to be used by your body so no worries ;) So if you are hungry just grab a fruit

Last friday I made some Pizza-Wraps. they are delicius if you use big-italian wraps called "PIADINA". mine had around 70g carbs with the topping... but it's a really cool and delicius choice if you like pizza! And I'm from Italy ;)
