Eating between workouts

It is so hard to balance eating the right foods post work outs. I think I might drink some protein shakes and protein bars. What post-workout snacks do you eat to help balance your macros? Any recommendations?

Some of my favourite post-workout snacks are-
Apple and peanut butter
Greek yogurt and fruit - frozen, dried or fresh
Bananas
Nuts and dried fruit
Smoothies - blueberries, strawberries, banana and apple juice is always good
Cereal bars
Hopefully that should give you some ideas

I don't understand the question. The topic title has no relevance in the post and the post itself confuses me.0 -
I like to have a quite big balanced meal after about 30-40 min. after my post workout shake. it usually seems like a second breakfast0

Usually I juice or if im lazy, something like Naked Juices. Followed up with a protein shake, or a meal of balanced micros. I typically tend to favor micro nutrient heavy meals after workout as well, you lose alot of minerals in the sweat.0
