Volume
I've been doing a Leg/Push/Pull routine (6 days per week) for 3 months. Now my gym PT gave me 2 days split program of 3 days per week sayng I need to decrease VOLUME. How much protein? how many cals?
Hi! I lift, my Weight is 152 pounds and i'm 6.135 feet. Are 2795 cals enough to gain mass? (my macros are 30% Pro / 50% Carbs / 20% fat) For me is hard to reach my 182g Protein goal... any advice? I wanted an "as clean as possible" bulk... even if it takes time... Thanks!

50g fat !@¿<¥€
A friend gived me a 50/30/20 diet wich means just 50g calories from fat per day. Even eating just 1 or 2 Tbls of extravirgin oil, some flaxseed and a tsp of peanut butter I will exceed with fats. How could I avoid this ? Any suggestion?
