White rice? It's really calorie dense but lighter and less 'bloaty' than bread or pasta YMMV.

Oh yeah, and any form of sugar of course.

I used to care about what type of carbs I was eating especially sugar, but now I just don't care as much because it was holding me back in consuming enough calories. Started of doing a bulk eating mostly "clean" foods but I guess now you can say I'm dirty bulking, havn't gain too much fat I guess because I was increasing my calories slowly, letting time for my body to adjust.

sweet potatoes, bananas, oats, honey, grapes

careful on the fructose though as it replenishes liver glycogen and not muscle glycogen

Personally think that it should should choose light, avoid too greasy, and choose digestible and absorbed food.

Aside from usual rice and pasta and poptarts etc.

Dried fruit like dates and raisins are ridiculously high in carbs for a small portion size and super duper cheap from Amazon.

whole grains - quinoa, oatmeal, fresh fruit, potatoes, legumes/lentils. Some cereal can be great, just look for whole grain, high fiber, less processed, low added sugar, no HFCS, etc.

And of course any vegetable is mostly just carbs.
