I'm trying to bulk up with a caloric surplus of 250 cals/day. the problem is: I'm always full and usually I don't even reach my goals.
should I keep trying to eat this much or this will just make me FAT?

Depends on what you eat as proteins vs carbs. I think you've asked this question before....

Here's a 'decent' calculator online to help your ratios:

Edit: I'm scratching that other link. Here's the original one I used last winter

Yes, I'm sorry but I really feel unconfortable with this diet... :\
Anyway that calculator gives me over 3000 cals/day.
    I hardly reach 2500... :(

You can start a topic to ask others how they get their calories to reach 3k or higher.

When I switch gears in the winter for weight gain (muscle) I go heavy on the shakes in the morning and evening. I can add in almonds, coconut/almond milk/flaxseed, etc. to get over 500 calories in just that shake, then have it with a meal that's also a lot of calories from dense food.

After looking into your dialy log, you're opting for fat-free stuff. Animal fat and vegetable/fruit fat isn't your enemy, I promise. It's also a vast majority of where you can get calories. Eating meat with every meal, especially pork (and if you don't mind red meat), can contain a lot of calories with the fat. Coconut/almond/high % milk also contains good fats. Cottage cheese is cheap, and has a lot of calories and protien.

Hopefully you can see where I'm going with this. Change your meal plan around with advice above and from others

Im no expert on this by far, But my husband went through a bulking faze, and he was taking in 3500 cals a day!! he would drink protein shakes, eat PB. fish, chicken, and he was eating every 2-3 hours and had trouble eating so much but he tried to eat as clean as possible and he did not get fat. in a couple months he was starting to get bulky muscles, then it got hot and he couldn't eat like that anymore....he works outside. so no I don't think u eat too much IMO
