DELOAD WEEK ??? (weight lifter)

Right now Im bulking on a leg-push-pull-off routine. I'm gonna do a " DELOAD-WEEK " for the first time. what I am supposed to do? decrease volume, weights, increase rest or all these things??
Should I decrease my caloric intake ?? (I'm bulking) do I have to avoid cardio ??

    If you reduce the amount of sets and the weights that should be enough for your deload. You might want to eat about 50 calories less? Lol. It won't make a huge difference.
