Anyone knows how to cycle carbs in a bulk?
How does it work?
And in low carb days should I eat the same amount of calories or keep em for the high-carb days ?

One of the most comprehensive articles I've read on carb cycling:
http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance/the_carb_cycling_codex
I wouldn't take everything in the article as gospel (his explanation of activitiy levels had me set at "moderately active" when I would say "very lightly active" was personally more accurate), but it is a good starting point.0 -

Do it how you like, tbh.
High-fat low-carb/minimum fat high carb with same calories on rest/workout days respectively with the same calories or less calories on rest days, more on workout days. It doesn't really matter. Whatever suits you.0
