A friend gived me a 50/30/20 diet wich means just 50g calories from fat per day.
Even eating just 1 or 2 Tbls of extravirgin oil, some flaxseed and a tsp
of peanut butter I will exceed with fats.
How could I avoid this ? Any suggestion?

50% of your calories come from carbs
