50g fat !@¿<¥€

A friend gived me a 50/30/20 diet wich means just 50g calories from fat per day.
Even eating just 1 or 2 Tbls of extravirgin oil, some flaxseed and a tsp
of peanut butter I will exceed with fats.
How could I avoid this ? Any suggestion?

    I suggest you change the ratio. Problem solved

    why are you following this diet?
    have you seen studies to show that it a) works, and b) is healthy?
    there are so many stupid, dangerous food fads out there. be smart. be picky!

    I think your friend may have been confused. 50/30/20 is a common diet for percentages of overall caloric intake, meaning:

    50% of your calories come from carbs
    30% from protein
    20% from fat
