Replies

  • scrambled eggs, turkey bacon. Steel cut oats, honey, ground flax seed, shredded coconut, Skim Milk Large Portions? LOL I'm sure someone can give a better suggestion =p
  • I start my day off with a bowl of blueberries (100g), 1 banana (about 120g), chi seeds (12g), muesli (55g) and low-fat greek yoghurt or quark (200-250g)
That's 32g of proteins, 11g of fat, 80g of carbs and 545 kCal

Well, if you wanna bodybuild, you need to get you some non-ginger kids. They're expensive but worth it

Liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti.

serious reply: Goats/lamb brain. Cook it with some veggies and spices. It has the texture and a bit of taste as that of scrambled eggs but you will definitely love it. Cook it with lots of tomatos and some onions

    Seconded.

Hearts are delicious, too - chicken heart fried in it's own fat along with fried slices of sweet potato.... nommmm....

My recipe for high protein smoothie.

1 cup almond milk or full fat or whatever the heck you want
    Handful spinach
    60g frozen blueberries
    Half a banana
    1 scoop vanilla WPC
    100g greek yogurt,

Put in blender. Blend and drink.

Should be around 300 cals depending on what milk/yogurt you choose. 40g protein.
