Should I track my burned calories and try to reach my calorie target anyway? (it is already difficult for me )

You won't bulk very well with a calorie deficit. Most people tend to cut down a lot on cardio when they are bulking.

What Koing said. If you're not eating more than you burn, you won't gain muscle. So, if you're doing a boatload of extra cardio or working a highly active job with you settings on sedentary and not counting the extra calories, and eating to cover that, you are likely going to have an inefficient bulk, probably not gaining at all.0

yes definintely. if you dont include your calories burnt you will always be in a deficit and therefor not bulking!0 -
Yep, account for them, and eat them back... If Your not gaining then just increase the Calories a bit (200) until you are gaining 1-2LbS a week.
Good to see someone else on a bulk!!0 -
If you are bulking then cut out the cardio or do it minimally only 1-2 times a week. You have to eat them back and add 200-500 to your daily recommended intake.
Personally I aim to eat 2200 a day and that also has to take into account those burned from weight lifting, i know how challenging that is to do. There are simple ways though to add calories to your diet that you don't need to feel sick eating too much. For example in a protein shake you can add 2 tbsp of coconut oil or olive oil for some good fats, you wont even taste it. sprinkle some invisiwhey tasteless protein powder by twinlab on veggies when cooked. use almond milk instead of water with your shakes, casein protein at night with some almonds and agave nectra drizzle. lots of ways if you really want to bulk up0 -
I was told that fats should be max the 20% of a clean bulk diet. so what should I do?
this means a lot of carbohidrates and a lot of protein... and just around 70g fat a day0 -

so set your fat to 20% and then 40/40 split carbs and protein?0
