juat add things like butter and oil to the food you currently eat?0

Are you eating lean foods? Most protein sources have decent amounts of associated fats until people intentionally remove it. Milk, nuts, cheese, etc. This shouldn't be particularly difficult.0

^^^^ This - EVOO on Salads or even cooked veg (1 TBSP is around 14g fat).0 -
Make fat bombs! They're yummy!0
-
avocados, nuts, fish pan fried in coconut oil , spoonful of coconut oil, yummmm0

Eat pork, buy fatty meat (the kind that makes the fire roar once put in a BBQ grill) fry your vegetables, but use unsatured fat. Look up recipes that include lots of oil like homemade beans cake, donut, fried plantains (yummy), that kind of stuff. Although I'm not sure it my ideas are healthy at all....0

Oils are your best bet. Healthy (in extreme moderation) and can be added to many foods.
Olive oil is the obvious choice. It's basically pure fat, but also pure awesome.0 -
bacon grease on everything0

I put olive oil and vinegar dressing on my salads, have some peanut butter daily and cheese and I'm usually over on fats.0

Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolate Dreams is so much better.0 -
Nutella is a processed sugar/oil mixture more akin to cake frosting than a healthy fat source. It's main ingredient is sugar.
Grind your own peanut butter out of dry roasted, unsalted peanuts. No oils, no salt (if you are into that sort of thing), no sugar. Takes less than 10 mins and you save yourself the gas to drive to whole foods et. al. and buy their over-priced, but incredibaly tasty PB.
Or spread a whole advocado all over whatever else you are eating. You can eat one of those and get a crap-ton of fat and calories without any effort, i have to do that myself.
But otherwise, the BROs don't lie. Nuts, fish, avocado, olive oil, whole eggs, dairy if you can do it.0 -
salmon, fillet steak, peanut butter, cheese0

A block of butter wrapped in bacon....just like Homer Simpson eats!0

Nutella....the food of GODS.0

This is kinda funny but according to this article on a class action lawsuit (a lawsuit?!!) on the fact that nutella was marketed as a health food ... "Two tablespoons of Nutella contains the equivalent of five teaspoons of sugar. That's very high."

I guess if you eat it like your cheat candy type food, you could do FAR worse, but like rml said, i have other things i'd rather use calories on. Plus, i think i smells funny, hahaha!0
