I completely understand how you feel. I too feel as though it all went downhill after thanksgiving. For me, when I get to a point of needing to jumpstart my motivation and get my weight loss going,I make a short term goal. Maybe saying to yoursef that for 3 days you will eat VERY clean, or for 4 days this week your goal…
