I used Herbalife for about 4 months. I lost 12 lbs over a reasonable time period and stuck for the remaining months. Once I stopped using it, the weight piled back on and each pound I lost bought a friend. If you are in a rush, eat a banana.

Yep this is geared toward calories and exercise. I dont pay it too much mind. I eat SW during the day and log it on here at night. Guess what?
