  • My go to is as follows: 1 cup kale 1/2 cup parsley 3/4 cup frozen strawberries 3/4 cup frozen blueberries 1.5 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 TBSP chia seeds (I put them in to soak at the very beginning it seems to help them blend better) 2 "squirts" of vanilla flavored liquid stevia Fill to the "max" line with water…
  • I actually have specific "work out undies" as a reward for X amount of weight loss!! I haven't decided exactly at what amount lost I'm going to put it yet (probably when my regular underwear starts getting big, haha) but it will happen! Probably something like the Moving Comfort Workout Bikini, but I still need to do some…
  • YES! Same with me!! I always bring home a tin of almonds or something to supplement the rabbit food that gets served at my parents house. Add to that my obesity, I always feel so shamed when I want to eat. Talk about awkward.
  • This is technically a beverage, but I always keep iced coffee on hand. I make a pot of coffee, pour it into a pitcher and just let it cool in the fridge. Serve over ice with about a half a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and flavored sugar-free sweetener - delish! About 15 calories and totally tides me over.
  • The subject of your post made me laugh! I two have had about 4,562 day ones! And probably about 20,937 "I'll Start Tomorrow"s!! I'll add you as a friend. We can keep it moving together!
  • Med student here! Nice to connect with some other folks who understand the fun of locking yourself in a windowless classroom most days, hah.
  • 28 and looking for friends!!
  • I've just started, and I'm hoping to give up drinking at least through June and July. I'm a medical student and sometimes a glass of wine is just really handy after a rough day of classes. But who knows, after these two months, maybe I'll feel inspired to keep going!
  • I went twice to a very expensive hypnotherapist, and I don't think it worked for me at all. The first time maybe a little... the first time I'm pretty sure I'm had a pricy hour long nap on his couch while he listened to himself talk. Obviously different things work for different people, but it wasn't for me!
  • Thanks all for the excellent advice! I'm certainly not talking about doing ONLY juice, I'm thinking more about adding it as a supplement to my daily nutrition. It's not so much that I don't like to eat my vegetables, it's that I'm a TERRIBLE cook, and while I have friends and family who can prepare veggies that are both…
  • That was the most important part.
