It really depends on what motivates you and what you like to do. If you can be self motivated and do the workouts on your own.. why not use what you have. At this point not drinking caffine after noon has helped. I also take an anti anxiety medication right before bed, so sleep has been coming a little easier lately. I just ordered the fitbit with the sleep traking.. well see if my sleep habits improve. Thanks for all the replies. :smile:

I'm super thankful for all the tips. I do not have a TV in the room, just never wanted one in there. I will try a change in diet. I try not to drink caffine after lunch, I just usually do caffine free herbal teas, I am going to try y'all solutions.. if it doesnt work the dr.

If you search the message boards there was a really good discussion about this not too long ago. As far as why not to drink milk... I am not a PETA person, as a disclaimer, but get on their website and look at the milk video which is on there, very disturbing. I enjoy almond milk and soy milk, but some people stay far away…

I don't know the scientific jargon, but if you eat too few calories you can mess up your metabolism (this I know from personal experience.)
