NSV against stress eating
I am hungry right now. It is not because I need to eat but because my work environment is about as fun a "kick in the head" tournament today. Stress/ Emotional eating problem.. solutions?
When ever I get stressed or emotional I get hungry. I have been reading a self help book about it, and it is helping, but today I could not stay away from the starburst. (In one of my coworkers office) Argh. Anyone have any coping mechanisms you use to divert yourself from emotional or stress eating?
