tracking, exercise, gaining

Y'all..
Please help. I am tracking, but gaining. I do not think my eating/ exercise habits are bad, but I have not seen progress. What am I doing wrong. Please check out my diarey, and let me know.

    Since August I have gained 45 pounds. I have been to the Dr. and had blood test, besides a high white blood cell count I am healthy ( and not prego). This is so frustrating.

    Wow, you eat a lot of salt. Start tracking it and cutting back. It sounds like you might have edema. I'd go back to the doctor and ask to dig a little deeper.

    so in roughly 4 months you have gained 45 lbs?

    either 1) your calorie intake/expenditure estimations are WAY off or 2) you have a medical condition.

    To gain that much fat, you would need to be eating an EXTRA 1312.5 calories per day above your TDEE (daily calorie goal + deficit + 1312.5 PER DAY).
