Please help, tracking, gaining

Y'all..
Please help. I am tracking, but gaining. I do not think my eating/ exercise habits are bad, but I have not seen progress. What am I doing wrong. Please check out my diarey, and let me know.

    only because my trainer had told me this before and i eat like this as well... i know that you will not eat clean every day, limited amount of people in the world do... so my advice would be add more veggies and sub them out for like skittles, pretzels, special k bar, and if you are craving something sweet have fruit (easier said then done!!) i would try to keep cals around the same amount or cycle them (3 high days 3 med days and 1 low day) more protien will make you fuller (i aim for 100+ i know everyone is different) and keep carbs under 150 (again every one is different!) good luck hope it helps
