Stress/ Emotional eating problem.. solutions?

When ever I get stressed or emotional I get hungry. I have been reading a self help book about it, and it is helping, but today I could not stay away from the starburst. (In one of my coworkers office) Argh. Anyone have any coping mechanisms you use to divert yourself from emotional or stress eating?

Work on the motorcycle, go for a bike ride, read something that interests me...keep my mind going so it's not 'bored'. The minute I sit down and turn on the TV I want food...0
